 Sundial Telecom is the holder of Electronic Communication Service (‘ECS’) and Electronic Communication Network Service (‘ECNS’) licences granted by the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) in terms of the Electronic Communications Act of 2005. Under the terms of the ‘ECNS Licence Sundial Telecom is authorised to construct, maintain and operate a electronic communications network in the Republic of South Africa. Under the terms of the ‘ECS’ Licence Sundial Telecom retains the right to apply for numbers/number ranges subject to ICASA’s numbering plan and in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act. As an ‘ECNS’ and ‘ECS’ licence holder Sundial Telecom is permitted to offer communications services to consumers and businesses across the Republic of South Africa. |
